The inspiration for The Elephant Lounge traces back to a tiny upstate New York wine bar. It was a small space with just a handful of tables and a kitchen the size of a walk-in closet. Nothing about it was fancy, yet the owners provided warm hospitality, great wines and produced dishes layered with careful technique and thoughtful combinations. The Elephant Lounge follows that model, rooted in authenticity and care, creating a space that is warm, welcoming and with the belief that great food brings people together.
